Reset Player:
1. If the player is frozen in operation and does not respond to user input or USB communication, it can be hardware reset.
2. Find a pointed object such as a bent paper clip or a cut pin head.
3. Locate the hole to access the internal reset switch on the lower right side edge of the player. It is printed "RESET" on the back of player.
4. Press against the tact switch and hold for three seconds.
Turn On/Off Player:
1. Slide the switch located at the top side to the right position.
2. Hold the switch in position for two seconds.
3. The player will toggle from power-off to power-on or from power-on to power-off.
4. If player is connected to PC with USB cable, it will be power up automatically.
5. If player is left idle for the preset time duration, it will power off automatically.
Adjust Audio Volume:
1. Set MP3 player in audio playback mode.
2. Click the speaker icon.
3. The song progress bar at the bottom will change to yellow color to indicate the volume level.
4. Drag the button to the desired volume level, rightmost for maximum volume.
5. It will revert back to song progress bar a few seconds later.
Advance & Retreat Video Clip:
1. To retreat to previous video clip, click the on-screen double backward arrow, or press the left panel button.
2. To advance to next video clip, click the on-screen double forward arrow, or press the right panel button.
Fast Forward & Backward Video:
1. To fast backward video, quickly press and hold the left button for 1 second on the player. The speed icon (2X) will appear on-scrren.
2. Available speeds are 2X, 4X, 8X, 16X, 32X.
3. To select the next speed, quickly press and hold the left button for 1 second.
4. After 32X, it will go to 2X again.
5. To fast forward video, the steps are the same except to use the right panel button.
6. To stop fast backward or forward and resume video, press the center button.
Format Flash Memory:
1. Player flash memory is already formated before delivery to consumer.
2. In case user need to reformat the flash, follow the instructions in the link below to download the tool to format flash.
